please can any body help me on how to start telnet in windows 7 operating system. i keep on getting this "command not recognise as internal or external command.

i think you shold enable the service 1st (i havnt tested on win 7 but on Vista yes)
goto control panel--> adminstration --> services select telnet then enable from its properties |
