I think my skype and emails are being traced.I thing smbody knws my IP and whenever i get connected to internet I see my desktop view is shaking..

How can I find this out and stop it?

there are so many things you can do but its hard to know without being there.

what operating system do you use?
when did you first notice the problem and how long has it been?
do you have a software firewall?
