How do we get to know that optimization for any keyword have reached its saturation point. Is there anything else to determine apart from the days spent for a particular keyword.

I'm not sure I understand the question - is this about keyword density? And I don't understand what "the days spent for a particular keyword" means, could you explain please?

Nor do I and had to temporarily ban the user for threads questioning whats Google+ and other such silly stuff to increase post count.
