Hello, I am searching for a way to connect to exter SQL database and edit it. If someone knows how to do it please help me.

You need to clarify further what limitation you are encountering. Microsoft's free SQL Server Management Studio Express Edition will do this no problem so long as you have access to the server (either via internal lan, external VPN, or even exposing the port publicly).

What difficulty are you experiencing with this?
