I can't you suggest you social media sites for back links but you can get 100% traffics from social media like facebook, twitter, myspace, stumble upon etc. As per my opinion all social media sites allows one backlink from your profile page. You can also generate through your post but its must be relevant.

Most of the social media sites are not providing back links to the sites , because they are no-follow links. The availability of traffic is with respect to the use of facilities in those sites to communicate with followers or friends there. ibibo.com, myspace.com, orkut.com, twitter.com etc are some sites, but those are not giving do-follow links.
