If I submit articles in 10 different article directories with the same author name then what will be considered on behalf of Google panda.

As per my knowledge, you h ave to submit your article in only one site because if you submit same article in many site then Google find that as a duplicate contents.

If you have genuine- copyscape verified content then - You can submit in millions website.
- Must be anchor only 2 links
- Must be proper author information
- Must be manual submissions

Do only white hat and ethical submission.

If we think about Google Panda then it is good to submit one copy of article in one director.

Hi,
I think 10 websites are more than enough to submit an article. You can submit an article on 5 sites. It is quite considerable.
Submission on more than five sites fall under 'duplicate content' issue.

You can as many as article in sites but the article must be original and you can spin and use in different sites for effective changes.
