There are many tools for keywords research :
- Google keyword tool
- Spyfu
- SEMRUSH
- Wordtracker.

But manually you also can check competition of a keyword using - intitle:"KW" inanchor:"KW"

its will show exact value of websites which have intitle and inanchor.
With this you also can get competitors.

I use Google keyword tool. I don't know if any tool that can exceeding than Google keyword tool. Google keyword tool is the best for me. Btw, If this tool has a new version kindly update us guys.
