As we all know that HR stands for “Human Resource” and HRM stands for “Human Resource Management”. But question is that what actually the HR is!!! Human resources is a team that functions to recruit the employees, Manages the existing employees, they also handles the needs of employees and so on.

Today there are so many misunderstanding between Board of directors and Employees. BOD thinks that they gives salary as per their work but employees don't work as compared to their responsibility. At the second side Employees think that they are not getting enough salary as per their work. In this manner there is too much controversy between them. To manage these all things concept of “Scientific Management” was developed by the professor Frederick Taylor. Scientific Management fulfills the requirements of both BOD and Employees. Is there any requirement for HR in any company. It will be better if you suggest in this forum, it can help lots of people to find the best HR jobs.

    Thanks.
