My AntiVirus Says Win32 Heur Found but I am not sure if it is able to remove it because whenever It tries to remove it My PC hangs.

Try "Avast Free edition"....It should clear most viruses . .

Here is an article that shows how to remove that virus. Never use your computer online without also running a good antivisur program that scans all traffic coming into your computer. Avast is a good free one, as previously mentioned.
