Remove process from System Configuration utility

I want to remove process name from System Configuration utility=> Startup List.
I have uncheck it to disable at startup .... but I want to remove it from list itself........
Anybody Know How to do it..............Plz tell me.............

 

s. remove it from registry.
U can find the key in the location
