Problem using pcap.h

Hi I'm using fedora 10.When I try to include pcap.h header file in my program the compiler throws an error saying No such file or directory.Also when I try man pcap.There is no man page.What could be the problem .I'm sure that libpcap is installed on my box..Thanx in advance

Ok solved now I needed to download the developer library..
