Well. I decided to start programming if I wanted to port my programs to Linux and stuff (The only thing I wouldn't really care about is Mac OS X)

A: What's the best PROGRAM to write in?
B: What's the best OS to write in?

:O and I'm reinstalling my system so..... I can install Linux or whatever.
