I see most of my site pages are reduced from Google Index to almost half and it was increasing all the time before this but now I see reduction in indexed pages from Google.
Should I be worried about it ?

If you are not seeing a reduced traffic from Google you should not be worried about it and this things tend to happen with Google at times.
