There's not much point just saying "please help me". We're willing but need to know what the problem is and where you're at. Have you installed Turbo C? (It may not work at all, because Turbo C isn't a certified compiler, the only one that is is Microsoft Visual Studio, of which there is a free version). Do you know how to write C programs? Have you read the OCI API docs? Have you looked at the OCI sample programs? Do they work? Is the problem that you're past all that, trying to connect to Oracle and get some kind of error? What is that error?
