i have a complaints on my site optiontips.in which is in wordpress. i want to change my site from wordpress to joomla. can any body explain this please.

What type of help you are looking for? Joomla install is just few clicks on majority of shared hosts and I don't see anything useful content on your site apart from some tables and so importing them manually even in Joomla would not take much time.
