online broadcasting using windows media player and PHP

I wanna add a windows media player to a blog and I should be able to broad cast audio using that wmp player I know nothing about this if any one can help pls advice

Why do you try to relay on WMP in first place. There are many webplayers outhere (try jPlayer). If you try using wmp your song's will be playing only for windows visitors. If you try to broadcast something i think you'll need a media server too.
