    Hi all,
i am new here and i have already a question. Since i lack knowledge in C and C++ i am asking you guy if its possible to make a timer that runs when the condition is full filled. I want to have 2 variables: one that change its value according to the time "its amplitude will increase or decrease - sinus function" and another that will have constant value "set point". This two variables i want compare with the PID regulator. If this is possible to make, does anyone have any recommendations how to do this ?

Thanks for your help and time,
    best regards,
    BoSCHoW.

I have moved the thread from Introduce yourself to C-C++ forum for better responses.
