[Montreal] Recruiting Flex RIA visuals and interactions Expert Developer

We are opening a development center in Montreal.

We are looking for a very talented Flex user interface expert who ideally:
• has very strong graphics and ergonomics designer skills
• has at least 5 years of experience in design and ergonomics for highly interactive applications:
• has at least 2 years of experience in using the Flex framework, ActionScript 3 and Flex builder.
• has worked as prototype developer, visual designer, interaction designer or an equivalent position.
• has strong oral communication skills and ability to convert someone else vision into a prototype.
• has expertise using Flash, Paint Shop Pro, Illustrator…

We are looking for someone who is really passionate, autonomous, responsible and willing to work in a very dynamic professional environment.

You will be in charge of designing and developing the user interface of our desktop and web applications, both for prototype and production versions.

We provide competitive salary, based on your experience.
This position is not open to freelancers, consultants, teleworkers.
We are only looking for full time on site developers.
