Hi All, Anybody can help me?. If you are subcontracting part of a product development, what are the metrics or measures you will want from the subcontractor and how will you use them to co-ordinate with your other development activities?. Thank you.

Personally I didn't answer cos I haven't got a clue. Why are you asking? Are you on a course? (It sounds like an academic question.) If so, have you tried looking through your notes and course material? You'll probably find it in there somewhere.
