What do they mean by "code must be atomic" ?

I was reading about Tasklets. I found following sentence "Tasklets run in software interrupt context with the result that all tasklet code must be atomic".

What does author mean here ?

nice link, however for me it has something to do with the completeness and functionality of the codes. It should be flawless.
