I'm looking for someone who can help me get some IP addresses for defamatory comments on a website. If this is something you can do please get in contact with me.

you can't unless you have access at the database or if the person emails you,find the ip in the "full headers"

You can also try to trick them into a skype chat or something. If your computer can make a direct connection to theirs then you can get their IP. A long time ago if I wanted someones IP I would just send them a .txt file and once they accepted it I would look up all my connections and find theirs. If you have their skype name you can use a skype resolver. Google it if you don't know what it is.

Or you can create a domain/subdomain with website , send link to that person then check access log.
