I have started a new website with is related to my old one , the question i have does linking between these two sites cause any GOOGLE plenty , or does the issue of same IP make the links has a less value . Well , i use godaddy with provide share hosting !

Link to Sites which are related and Google would be fine.

There is no matter of same IP because most of the webmasters run many sites and link them with each other to increase link popularity.
