    Yes, but I have seen this change from ages but didn't comment on it. This is really a good facility provided by Google.
    Anybody here, know the name of this facility provided by Google?

    The service is called Sitelinks, details of the update can be seen by following the link in the OP, for the basic details go to:

    However, this isn't something you can apply for, Google says "We only show sitelinks for results when we think they'll be useful to the user. If the structure of your site
    doesn't allow our algorithms to find good sitelinks, or we don't think that the sitelinks for your site are relevant for the user's query, we won't show them."
