I have never heard of a program that does that but I do know that with ophcrack you can dump password hashes remotely. It looks for the hash in the hidden shares like Admin$ or C$, all it needs is an smb connection of any way, if you know a share name then you can use that to dump the hashes, and plus, it cracks a password in seconds if you have the right tables loaded...
