Hi i am a fresher from india and i hav got a job offer from TCS, EDS and CTS which one can i choose. I asked few people but i get different suggestions, some say that its better for a fresher to choose TCS as they give better training and some ask me to take EDS as its an MNC. I am in a great dialema. my joining dates r nearing so plz guide me with ur tips...

Dont go about anything but the type of job they offer.

Say 1 is offering you a job in X technology which you love to see yourself in and would enjoy then go for it. Dont worry about the MNC's and training as every company has that in its own way and you cannot do wonders with them.

I would prefer EDS over TCS and CTS because TCS lets you play TT for the first six months and CTS has very tigh schedules for the freshers. This is just my personal opinion.
