hp 1128el blue screen dumping physical memory

Hi. I have a hp 1128el notebook and from time to time turns to blue screen. It says Dumping psihycal memory. I don't know if there is hardware fault or software. I have the latest original drivers installed. Thanks.

you can check the blue screen dumps using bluescreenview.
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html post your dump and someone will be there to help you out

when you get the screen next time, look for the hexadecimal code plus any other information like IRQ_NOT_EQUAL_ and do a google search on the same.
If your OS is xp, run msinfo32 and go through problem hardware. It should help you identify the problem.
