I am planing to start a yellowpages site in India my question is how to collect the database .
can i update database from other yellow pages on internet .
Do i need to take permission from each company to list on my site if it is so can anybody tell me which would be cheap way to do that and what proof i can keep with me to show that they agreed to list in my site.
