well m doing some project work and i need to make a drawing pad where i can draw characters,digits with the help of mouse

so which language should i prefer and if somebody suggest how to proceed in making a drawing pad

Any language you know should be capable of such a task. If you don't know any, then go for something simple like Visual Basic.
