i think this maybe ether completely hopeless or vary easy to fix. i want to put a flash plug in on firefox. and i think that all i have to do is put "libflashplayer.so" into plug-in and it should work, but the problem is that mozilla folder is in root and i cannot put things in it, it says access denied. so how can i get that little bugger in there.

do u logon using root or any other account. if u use any other account than root. u may get this problem. SO first thing is try installing as a root user. the second possibility is that, the file may be in use.
