I have an xml file that I need decrypted.
I've never done any thing of this sort before.
The only parameters that I know of is that it is an 8 letter sequence, upper and lower-case.
Ideas of where I can start?

Well, do you know any programming languages? You could write up a quick script to try all possible passwords using that length and character set.

Use Net Tools by ReLix, very good program and it has many Decryptors.
