I have been going through a lots and lots of web hosting companies. To consider the plan, visit THIS PAGE and check the "EXPERT" plan. I liked it. There is no issues with it. And even it could be upgraded to pro plan in the future.

I have compared that plan to other hosts and seems that this is better. But i have read some negative reviews about it. I wanted to know if IXwebhost is reliable, or if i should go with them.

Or if u know any other site offering same features, please let me know that,

For PHP I would not advise Windows hosting. Linux is much better

Well, if you think you wish to have a reliable hosting provider and you wish to host a website from where you would like to earn money, I wouldn't suggest you to choose a hosting package with unlimited disk space or bandwidth as unlimited disk space or bandwidth is not possible in the hosting industry and this is just claimed to attract customers to the hosting company.
