Google Penguin decreases the search engine rankings of sites that do now follow the Google Webmaster Guidelines. That is to say those sites that include black hat SEO along the lines of keyword stuffing, cloaking and duplicating content. Link quality are the buzz words of the Google Penguin update

yep right vigorsolarr most of the website get hit by the this update, i think it was biggest changes have ever been seen by google. A Drastic change.
