Recently google launch google+ pages like facebook pages.How can we use in SEO?

i.e.

What I read and heard is Google's SERP ranking affected by the Google+ promotions. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Google + is competitor of facebook. Google show social site as g+. so enjoy it...

Google+ Page is somehow similar to facebook fan page having difference that in facebook we are trying to increase like of our facebook fan page whereas in Google+ we are trying that more and more people add our page on their circle. Additionally Facebook seem more easy to use
