Too early to comment but I think Google's results has been up 36% quarter on quarter (Not because of Google+) and that means Google is on the right track once again after few lull quarters.

I'm not so sure about that. Have you visited the link from shabbir's post? My understanding from it is that to begin with clicking on the G-plus is limited to those who have a Google profile, and then they can only share it with friends who also have a profile.
My friends all know what I do anyway, and I'd be surprised if many of them have a Google profile, they are all already on Facebook. I realise that Google obviously wants more and more people to sign up so that it becomes more useful, but I am wondering whether social networking has already peaked.

I think you are missing the point, it isn't just a case of signing in to your Google+ account.
The Google+1 button can be placed on a website by a webmaster. By clicking the button someone is able to register a vote for that site which can then be shared with their Google+ friends (though they would have to sign in to do it)

That sounds more like an advertising slogan for Google+ than a personal thought.
Could you explain please how it will "bring business and clients more close" and what exactly is the "high performance" that it will deliver?
