So I'm trying to re-create a fairly simple html/php page in a few different languages. (French, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and even Saudi Arabian)

Trouble is, I have no idea what I'm doing. I have the translations in digital format. I'm good there. And I've changed the text-encoding on the page to fit the appropriate country. But when I look at them in IE7, they are all funky. fireFox shows them just fine.

Now I'm wondering if they are ok, and my computer is just not set to read that language, or if there is more I have to do for this especially with regards to IE.

    Any thoughts, help, or suggestions?
