facebook password decryption i don't know what i am doing help please?

I am not sure if this is ethical, I am a very ethical person and I don't know if I can justify even comtenplating this however I have come this far and have the encrypted password of the person I need to hack. I will explain why if you want me too. However at this point I think it is irrelevant as I do not even know if I will get a response and am sure the story is of little importance to anyone but myself. the encrypted password is
