Easiest way to check if you are using FF for seo than right click on that and click on view selection source. You'll get html source for that link and also link is do-follow or not.

In firefox we can check do follow or no follow by selecting that particular link word using courser and then right click and select 'view selection source'. It will show the source code of that particular selected word. There we can check the link is do follow or no follow in <a href> tag. This is a manual methode and we can also use add on in browser tab to check the do follow or no follow links.

Yes no follow addon of Firefox is good for check do follow and no follow links and it is very simple to know that which is no follow and do follow links because if you get the red color link then it is no follow and other is do follow links.
