AI problems like water-jug problems are generally coded in languages like lisp , PROLOG etc.I want to try this out in C or C++, can anybody help me with this ...

Sure. Where exactly are you stuck? What's your code so far? Have you got a precise description of the program you want to write?

Where are you stuck at .Use google get some idea about what you wish to do put together some code paste it over here and then let's see where we go.
