hello go4experts team and it users. how can i access this website "172.16.217.5"
this site belongs to private network called "excel" internet service private limited. only the excel broadband users can access this website. but i use skytel and wii5 to connect internet. i have no access to that site. please try it to open the site.if its works or is there any other solution please suggest me. sorry 4 my bad english. |

I tried it, it doesn't load, and It will never load, if it's restricted to all except excel network ...

That is a local ip address. As Ripe [dot] net says:
This network should never be routed outside an enterprise. |
