If any user click on "New Posts" in this site then he is able to see new posted before some time. I mean that new post is made on the basis of ti,e constrain. But It should not be. It should per USER BASIS. Means on clicking on new post, all posts should be displayed after user's last visited date and time.

Clicking on View First Unread would do that.

Yes, agree with you. The site should provide the new post in the topic which the user is interested. It's a user's oriented time, right?
