Hey, Anyone using IRCTC to book railway tickets?

I booked 2 tickts in waiting list, but in first one, they give me my booking status as PQWL, and in second one, they give me my booking status as RLWL

I am only aware of WL which means Waiting List

Anyone know the meaning of PQ and RL ?

RAC - Reservation against Cancellation
WL - Wait list
RLWL - Remote location wait list
PQWL - Pool Quota wait list

PQWL is given normally for short distance and is unlikely to get confirmed (unless there is an available berth fully vacant or which can be linked to the entire route of the train).

RLWL is maintained in a separate priority and is more likely to get upgraded depending on cancellations.

So it means for PQWL, less chances to get confirmed ?

Did you check the 2nd link which discusses this in more detail, with examples?
