I have heard good and bad about Alexa.com, but others think about it. Are the rankings at Alexa.com worth while to actually try and improve your ranking?

Alexa also agrees that the data is collected from the sampled of people using Alexa and so you can get the idea of how many people from your website uses Alexa and nothing more.
