who and where do i ask about finding out an ip adress and how to send someone a virus or atleast something that will make a lot of trouble for someone.
Ofcourse doing it undetected is important and i know abeslutely nothing about these things, i googled on google to nfind this forum.
I dont know where to put this, i need help with ip.adresses and other things
