[HCM] Senior PHP Developer & Resource Management Officer at KMS Technology

    Senior php developer

    • Write clean , well designed code, follow industry best practices
    • Be responsible for developing, enhancing, administrating websites utilizing in depth PHP and MySQL skills
    • Monitor web server and site technical performance
    Skills / Attributes:
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented PHP, MySQL, JavaScript
    • Strong understanding of CentOS, Apache.
    • Strong understanding of GIT
    • Experience with the tools: Memcached, Nginx.
    • Experience with parent themes, caching systems.
    • Grasp of the full web-stack, from relational database to working knowledge of HTML/CSS
    • Be familiar with, and be able to use as directed, all applicable tools, methods, procedures and standards

    Resource Management Officer

    Primary Responsibilities
    • Develop and oversight the execution of training plan that matches with company's future project needs
    • Keep track of resource allocation to internal efforts or initiatives to effectively manage for future project needs
    • Build knowledge base about people's capability, strengths, weaknesses, preferences to best match them to new project needs
    • Work with management team on strategic recruiting and staffing to projects aligned with business plans and objectives
    • Lead effort to continue improving the standard recruitment processes
    • Lead effort to standardise our tool and process to manage people's skills, resumes and other HR info that is significant to effectively manage our workforce
    • Prepare HR reports for management team
    Knowledge, Skills & Attitude Required
    • Has working experience in RMO position in software development companies
    • Has good software development background
    • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
    • Has good interpersonal skills and enjoys interacting with people
    • Has good leadership and problem solving capability
    • Working experience in software development teams providing outsourcing services to US or European markets is a plus
    • Passionate about developing people's capability, career
    • Is a non-stop learner
    • Ambitious (i.e. become a world-class CPO for technology companies)
