Welcome back and I read your article about Twitter followers on your blog and you actually is recommending to violate twitter TOS because if you follow unfollow the same people it is not acceptable by twitter and your account can get banned.
I never said its something totally whitehat. And I also have mentioned to have buffer time atleast of 5 minutes before you repeat all over again
No buffer is of no value and even if you don daily once of follow unfollow you can be banned. This is not whitehat but for it to be back also this will never work. Account will be banned instantly
