My friendly suggestion about calmness is

Take a deep breath consciously at least two or five times and choose what you want...
eg. I choose health
or
I choose love like that...you know it really works..!!!! all the best friends...

well although i always say: play it chill there are some situations in which i can't stand anybody. Although i like to consider myself a calm person sometimes i just freak out and rage......
