here i am going to give a little bit suggestion It may not be implemented but just kinfd of information.

one suggestion, here paid is made on the basis of article/tips but in a fully cash. But can you add a prize like simple Cup written there "Go4Expert Monthly Winner Awards"
It may be made of wood like . It should not be too much costly. Just it is added to existing prize amount. I meant that

70% cash + 30% Cup written there "Go4Expert"

So nice ... Just yesterday i thought about this. In Reebok T-Shirt should be written some slogan or some quotation for Go4Expert. This is upto you. I dont have more idea abt this .
