Is it better to stick to long term*SEO*strategies or add a PPC to my marketing tool? I would really appreciate some professional advice here. Please send in your thoughts and opinions to the post.

SEO needs atleast 6 months for showing results, but in PPC results show immediately.
Thus a PPC initially for the results but for consistent results SEO is the only option.

If you are targeting instant traffic at your website then PPC is the best option but if you have patience and wait for visitors after long wait then SEO is good. If you are expert in optimizing your website by using white hat SEO then I will suggest you to go the SEO because PPC campaign is costlier but SEO does not need more investment.

For me, i give my vote on SEO. Although PPC gives faster results, you have to spend some money to have the results you wanted. While with SEO, you will get your backlinks without spending a dime. Work and effort to achieved long term results. This is just how I see the difference of the two and anyone can object.

As per my opinion SEO is better than PPC. One main reason, SEO is more affordable than any PPC campaign. Search engine optimization is best way to get our ROI.

Though PPC shows instant results but it is just a temporary solution whereas SEO no doubt take little time but it makes sure that once it is on top nothing happens to it for a longer period. I prefer SEO then PPC. Anyways PPC for a new site will be little cumbersome also.

PPC and SEO both play an important role in Internet marketing. If you have enough budget to run campaigns and want instant results then PPC is best option. But when we talk in terms of money and long lasting results then SEO is the better option.

SEO isn’t a one-time event. SEO requires a long-term outlook and commitment, slowly but effective .. whereas PPC show instant & fast results ..

PPC gives quick results in terms of traffic but can be extremely costly in the long term. SEO is a better option in the long term. If you need results fast, go for PPC. If you have time then invest in SEO.

I will say that SEO is better than PPC when it comes to creating ranking. PPC is good if you are dealing in short term packages like holiday, tour or selling products for special occasion but for long time results you need to do SEO for your researched keywords. I have done more than 10 projects and still they are ranking for search engine.

If your website is new and fresh and after spending a good amount of money on it if you want to draw some profits then PPC will be good option for a certain period as it will rank your page on top and it will give you traffic too and after that you can do SEO as it has long tem benefits and comes cheap also.

In my opinion SEO is the better option than PPC. Although SEO takes a long time to expose its result but it is better than ppc. People know very well that where can be the good information and scarce people click on the sponsored add .

both are good if you want to get result fast then you have to go with ppc. but if you want to invest less then ppc and want get traffic then use seo.
but i must say after seo your site will remain very long time if you done very good seo. where in ppc if you drop your site and traffic suddenly dropped.

The main difference between Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) is that traffic coming from SEO (organic) is free while traffic generated from PPC is not free (as the name implies you have to pay a cost per click). This is also the reason why you may sometimes see the terms organic search engine listings and paid search engine listings (or Paid Search Advertising – PSA).

Both SEO and PPC are part of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) which is one of the tools you can use as part of your overall Internet Marketing campaign.
