Ok, i will try my best. And do U want it particulary divided? I mean Css for Articles alone, CSS for Forum alone etc. ?

It does-not matter to me whether its divided or not...
They can be same...

and send me the basic outline of forum i mean the web page format coz it depends on tht and u need the background of web site to be black or any other color? give me those details and i will start right away....
