Do you mean in Google Webmaster Tools or in Google SE results. If you mean the later you should understand that it is just a sampled data
So try yahoo back link operation.If you found the backlinks are still decreasing . There must be some problem with your backlinks. Check them and find out what's the problem.
Are you see yahoo links or google indexing pages? If you want to see your actual links see in webmaster tool.
